Knocked Out by a Cyberattack

FOR about a week now, recipients of the Indonesian Education Scholarship from the Education Financing Service Center of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology have been in distress. The government scholarship service website has been inaccessible since the Temporary National Data Center in Surabaya, East Java, was attacked by ransomware on Thursday, June 20.
