THE office of the Red-and-White Village Cooperative in Nagari Pasia Laweh village, Agam Regency, West Sumatra, looked quiet. There was little sign of business activity on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Only five people, dressed in red-and-white uniforms emblazoned with the Garuda emblem on the left sleeve, were tidying up documents. They were members of the cooperative management, appointed on Wednesday, March 26.
