MUHAMMAD Munawaroh firmly stated that it was too late to mitigate foot and mouth disease (FMD). Chair of the board of executives of the Indonesian Veterinarian Association (PDHI) made the statement during a meeting at the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) office on Thursday, June 23, after witnessing how the FMD outbreak has gotten rampant in less than two months.
