A Feud in Tanah Bumbu

The KPK named Mardani H. Maming, a former Regent of Tanah Bumbu, a suspect in a bribery case involving the reassigning of a coal mining permit. He accused it was orchestrated by Haji Isam.

CONFIRMATION from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on the criminal suspect status of Mardani H. Maming in a case of suspected bribery for a coal mining concession in Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan, on June 20, came as a relief for Lucky Omega Hassan. He reported that suspected corruption to the KPK in March.  

Lucky is a lawyer for Raden Dwidjono Putrohadi Sutopo, Head of the Tanah Bumbu Office of Energy and Mineral Resources
