THERE has been a change of landscape in Neglasari Hamlet, Mekarwangi Village, Cariu District, Bogor Regency, West Java, since Friday, September 9. About 4,000 square meters of crop fields belonging to locals have been turned into a field of sorghum. To sow the seeds of this cereal crop, they dug around 50 rows on the soil, each 10 meters long. The field is also surrounded by white PVC pipes to supply water.
