TWO state construction companies, Adhi Karya and Waskita Karya, have big plans scheduled. Ahead of the year-end, they will hold rights offerings as an effort to raise capital in order to be able to keep working on the infrastructure projects assigned to them. Adhi Karya will go first in October, seeking Rp3.87 trillion proceeds. Waskita Karya will follow a month later, targeting Rp3.98 trillion.
