TWO years have passed since the environment and forestry ministry issued the Regulation No. 75/2019 on the road map for waste reduction by producers. Ratified on December 5, 2019, the regulation requires producers that are using plastic packaging or other hard-to-recycle types of packaging to reduce the use of said containers.
