FOR the first time since the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Indonesia last week recorded the lowest Covid positive cases with the positive rate on Monday, September 13, dipping to 2.13 percent. It was a drastic drop given that two months before, it was still 30 percent—four times the threshold of 5 percent set by the World Health Organization (WHO).
