HERRY Wirawan’s alleged rape of more than a dozen female students at his religious boarding school in Bandung was conducted systematically in a structured manner with large-scale consequences. His power as the school owner gave the 36-year old man from Garut, West Java, enough leeway to easily commit serial sexual violence since 2016.
