AFTER nearly three years, Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Teten Masduki was surprised when the case of a rape of a contracted non-government employee at his institution again made public news. He thought that the scandal had been resolved. “I first learned about this problem at the end of March 2020. At that time it was said that the matter had been settled peacefully,” Teten told Tempo on Friday, October 28.
