Playing Safe over Ukraine

By not condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Indonesia could lose the respect of the international community. This is a betrayal of our Constitution.
RUSSIA's war crimes in the invasion of Ukraine should open the eyes of the Indonesian government. Taking a neutral stance and not condemning Russia's invasion is a way of playing safe that will lead to Indonesia losing respect in the eyes of the world. This type of diplomacy is not right for Indonesia, a nation whose constitution clearly upholds human rights and rejects any form of colonialism on the face of the earth.
