THE sinking of the Nanggala-402 submarine in the waters north of Bali on April 21, 2021 resulted in Navy Chief of Staff Adm. Yudo Margono spending time at two command posts. They were the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Naval Base in Bali and the Naval Base in Banyuwangi, East Java.
