TEN days after Government Regulation (PP) No. 26 on sea sediment managemet was issued on May 15, 2023, the ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries held a public consultation in Yogyakarta. This event held at the Grand Keisha Hotel was attended by government representatives, the Sea Sand Entrepreneurs Association, and a number of companies. No environmental activists or fishermen were invited.
