TRAVELING on the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train on Thursday, October 5, was a new experience for Bambang. The resident of Tambun, Bekasi, West Java, usually goes to Bandung by taking the Cikuray train, an economy-class train with a Jakarta-Garut route and a ticket that goes for Rp45,000 (around US$2.9) per person.
