WHEN choosing its presidential campaign team leader, the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) has apparently followed the example of Joko Widodo. In the 2019 general elections, Jokowi picked media and energy tycoon Erick Thohir as chief of his campaign team.
