Rice Assistance Shenanigans

The KPK is looking into violations in the distribution of rice assistance at the ministry of social affairs. Some government officials purportedly interfered with the project.

THE cooperation agreement document outlining the works was only four pages long. The letter of contract was sign by Bhanda Ghara Reksa (BGR), a state-owned enterprise in the field of logistics and cargo transport, and Primalayan Teknologi Persada on August 24, 2020. Both companies mentioned prices for distributing rice assistance from the ministry of social affairs as nearly Rp320 billion.
