Counterclaims in Sentul City

There are claims that the developer of the elite Sentul City area has taken over 345 hectares of land previously confiscated by the State Asset Recovery Task Force, or Satgas BLBI. The land dispute involves other landowners.

EIGHT bulldozers and excavators passed by in Bojong Koneng village, Bogor Regency, West Java, on Friday, May 27. Those heavy machinery belonged to the developer of the Sentul City area. “We are in the process of organizing company assets,” said Faisal Farhan, Head of the Legal Division at Sentul City, on Saturday, May 28.
