Lulus dari Jurusan Komunikasi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik, Universitas Katolik Atmajaya tahun 1997, ia bergabung dengan Tempo pada 2000. Berpengalaman melakukan peliputan hukum, nasional, internasional, dan ekonomi. Ia menyelesaikan studi master komunikasi internasional di Leeds University, Inggris.
