Stalling the Sexual Violence Bill

The DPR has once again delayed deliberations of the Sexual Violence Crimes Bill. It does not seem to care about the increasing number of women falling victims.
THE sharp increase in the number of cases of sexual violence against women in recent years has not pricked the consciences of the members or leadership of the House of Representatives (DPR). The proof of this is that the Senayan politicians are still finding reasons to delay deliberations of the Sexual Violence Crimes Bill (RUU TPKS).
