A large pile of packages typically greets Reza as he arrives each morning at the South Jakarta branch of Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) where he works. With senders like Lazada, Zalora, Bhineka, and Berrybenka listed on the receipts, it is not difficult for Reza to discern that the packages have been purchased online. "Out of about 200 packages I deliver each day, there are at least 120 sent from online stores," he said.
